A team session involves sensitive material — how work really gets done, what isn’t working, who owns what. JourneyMap treats it that way: encrypted storage and per-workspace isolation from day one, with passkeys and 2FA available once you have an account.

Passkeys & 2FA
Create an account with email and password. After that you can add a passkey (Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware key) and 2FA from Account settings — backup codes included.
Workspace isolation
Each workspace is row-level isolated in the database. Members of one workspace cannot read data from another.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
All traffic is HTTPS. Data lives in Supabase (Postgres), hosted in the EU (eu-central-1), with encryption at rest. Deleted items are recoverable for 30 days.
Recoverable deletes
Move-to-trash sends projects, journeys, and canvases to a 30-day bin. Nothing is permanently deleted without an explicit confirmation.

Do I need to be a facilitator?
No. Each step tells you what to do, how long to spend and what to write down.
Do my colleagues need to pay?
No. The person who runs sessions pays; the colleagues they invite join and contribute free. They can present and export to PowerPoint too. AI assistance and transcript import are for the person who holds the plan.
Who can see what people write?
Everyone you invite to the workspace can see the boards and the agreed actions. The quiet reflection at the start is on paper or in your own notes — share only what you choose.
How do we know when a review is due?
Each agreed action has an owner and a review date. Reviews that are due are listed when you open JourneyMap, and the owner records the result: keep it, change it or stop it.
Does it need Microsoft Copilot?
No. The AI pilot session works with whatever approved tool your team already has, or none.
Does it work inside Microsoft Teams?
It runs in a browser today. A Teams app is in preparation; this page will say when it is available to install.
What happens to the data I send to AI?
AI features call Anthropic's Claude models per request. Your inputs are not used to train Anthropic's models. We don't share your data with any other AI provider. The full handling rules are in our privacy notes.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan automatically — nothing is deleted. Everything you made stays readable and exportable; you keep editing everything you already made; creating new boards beyond three needs Pro.
How do you handle security?
Sign-up is email and password. After you have an account you can add a passkey and 2FA. Traffic is encrypted in transit; data is encrypted at rest in Postgres in the EU, with per-workspace row-level isolation. Organisations who need additional documentation can email us directly.
